BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few details
to know.
We’ll go through the full rental agreement together before your event is confirmed.
How much time should I book?
The minimum is four hours. Your booked time includes setup and breakdown, so plan for the full time you’ll need in the space. Discuss any additional time with Louis in advance.
How many guests can I invite?
Share your expected guest count and event format. Louis will confirm the layout and capacity that work for your gathering before booking.
Can I bring food, drinks, or vendors?
Talk through food, drinks, vendors, décor, and any special arrangements with Louis before confirming your plans. The artwork stays in place and should not be touched or moved.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Full payment is due seven days before the event. Payments and deposits are non-refundable; client cancellations do not receive a refund. Rescheduling is at the gallery’s discretion, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
Can I see the gallery first?
Yes. Choose “Schedule a walkthrough” in the inquiry form and share what you’re planning. It’s a chance to see the space and talk through your event with Louis.
